Social Media

Anyone with a mobile phone can run a social media account, right?  Whilst technically true, the reach of social media is potentially so great it may end up being your largest marketing channel. Surely it therefore deserves the same strategic, research based approach as your other marketing communications?

Where are your customers hanging out?

Identifying who your customers are and where they are hanging out online is key to social media success. Should you be present on all social channels? Probably not. It’s a question of creating a strategic social campaign on the right channels to reach your audience. Each channel behaves in a different way and offers different opportunities but they do all have one thing in common, they are social.  Simply put, there’s nothing to be gained from posting and running, proactively engaging with your audience is essential.

It also means fully utilising with the right content types for your audience be that caption and image, stories, lives, reels, video, polls or infographics.
